Pavan is a global specialist in customized logistics, both via sea and air freight. Together with the customer, we always look for the most cost-efficient logistics solution so that the goods are delivered punctually and correctly to every destination worldwide.

We are currently looking for an experienced import/export employee.

What does your average working day look like?

You register incoming orders and create files.
You are responsible for the complete operational and administrative handling of your files and maintain close contact with the customer. Afterwards, you also ensure correct invoicing.
If problems arise, you always look for the most suitable solution and inform the parties involved.
You accurately draw up documents for international goods traffic and you keep a close eye on whether you have all the necessary freight documents.
You inform customers about the formalities required to carry out the transport (legal provisions, taxes, guarantees, etc.)

What makes you the perfect import/export employee:

Do you have knowledge of sea and/or air freight transport and do you have a bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management? Then we are eager to meet you.
Do you not have the right diploma, but can you blow us away with your experience? Then do not hesitate to contact us.
